1 beef flank steak {1 1/2 -2 lbs}
MARINADE:
1 cup prepared teriyaki marinade
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 large clove garlic crushed
pepper

In a medium shallow dish, combine marinade ingredients, whisk together. Reserve 3/4 cup for basting. With a sharp knife lightly score both sides of steak in a crisscross pattern. Coat steak in remaining marinade and cover. Marinade for 30 mins in refrigerator remove steak discard marinade. Grill uncovered 17-21 mins for medium rare to medium doneness, basting occasionally with reserved marinade and turning once. Save some of reserved marinade and place in small sauce pan, bring to boil remove from heat. Carve steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices spoon hot marinade over steak as desired.
