1 Tablespoon of cornstarch 1/3 Cup of brown sugar 1/3 Cup white sugar 2/3 Cup of potato water 2 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Sweet potatoes in to pieces,Save some of the water 2/3 cup then add dry ingredients with the water.Pour over potatoes ,You can cook the sauce first and then pour over potatoes(Quicker this way).Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.Just a quick note, Grandma would take the butter and cut it up and place it on top of the and potatoes and bake.
