4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders
2 cups or 1 medium size jar of chunky pace picante sauce
1 can diced Italian tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
steamed rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in deep skillet for 5 to 7 mins, add all other ingredients and
simmer until chicken is cooked through. Serve over steamed rice.

Variation: cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces and brown in the skilled for 2 to 3 mins before adding the remaining ingredients or add some chopped summer squash along with the beans and tomatoes.
