2 (46/32oz.) can/jar tomato juice (you will only use one in the recipe, one for leftovers)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 pound box of elbow macaroni (whole wheat optional)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
Prepare macaroni as directed on box, drain and place pot back on stove.
Add ground beef and one can of tomato juice (put in enough juice to make it “soupy”. Heat through stirring occasionally, add salt and pepper to taste and serve. Great with Italian bread and butter!

Personal Notes:
If you have leftovers, and put it in the fridge, the pasta will absorb the tomato juice, so you may want to add more later...this is why you need the second can/jar of juice.
You can sprinkle cheese on top as you serve...cheddar or parmesan is good with this recipe.
You can add onions and garlic to brown with the ground beef.
