2 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1 tbsp salted butter
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan.
Add boiling water followed by sugar and blend well.
Stir in corn syrup and allow sauce to gently boil for five minutes, do not stir.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Leftover sauce can be reheated over low heat.

This is a great dessert sauce to make in a pinch that my mom has made all of my life. We call it "911" because it is so quick to make.
