3 c chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 c sugar
2 T flour (mix with sugar)
2 eggs
1/2 c cream or half and half
1/2 t nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into prepared pie crust. Use egg wash and sprinkle top crush with sugar.

Bake 425º - 10 min and 350º - 30 min.

I usually cover the edges of the crust with aluminum foil - then remove towards the end of baking.
