1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
8oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk, well chilled
Crushed graham crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened.
Melt butter in 9x13 pyrex baking dish. Mix enough crushed graham crackers into the butter to make a crust pressed on the bottom of the dish.
In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Add thickened Jell-O and beat well. In separate mixing bowl, beat evaporated milk until fluffy. Add cream cheese mixture to milk and beat well with mixer. Spread filling over crust and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top. Chill before cutting.
