Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 Lbs lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp sugar (optional)
2 Lbs macaroni
1 106 oz can whole plum tomatoes
1 102 oz can crushed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Use large steamer size disposable pan. (I skip the oven and use my Nesco Roaster)

1. Caramelize the onions then transfer to cooking pan.
2. Brown the ground beef; then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue to cook for a few minutes to marry the flavors, then transfer to cooking pan.
3. Add the plum tomatoes, breaking them into pieces and removing any skins and cores. Add the crushed tomatoes and thoroughly mix everything. (Taste to see if the tomatoes are acidy; if they are, add the sugar, if not, don't.)
4. Boil the macaroni for about 7 minutes - al dente. Drain and add to the cooking pan. Mix thoroughly again. If using the oven, bake until heated through; about 30 minutes. If using electric roaster heat on about 325ºF until heated through, stirring occasionally.
