1 lb. large shrimp
2 T. flour
4 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
pinch salt
1 T. shallots
1/4 c. white wine
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dust shrimp with flour, shaking off excess.
Heat a 12" saute pan over medium heat and add oil. Add the shrimp to the pan. Brown lightly on one side. Add garlic, shallots and salt. Brown shrimp on second side. Remove shrimp. Deglaze pan with wine and lemon juice. Reduce the liquid, swirling the pan to form a sauce. Toss shrimp in pan. Finish with the butter, swirling into the sauce quickly. Remove from heat.
