Pick any fresh fish; Grouper, Flounder, Tilapia, Snapper. Catfish etc

1/2 stick to 1 stick of Butter

Directions:
You need a cast iron skillet for this. I use 1/2lb fish for each person. Rub each piece of fish in the Seafood Magic. Then place iron skillet on grill on high heat; when the skillet is very HOT. Place the butter in the skillet, when melted place the fish in skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then serve on platter.
