5 c. squash, sliced
1 c. onion, sliced
salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 stick margarine
12 saltine crackers, crushed (1/2 sleeve)
4 oz. cheddar cheese
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash & onions until soft, drain. Add salt & pepper.
Add margarine while mixture is still warm.
Stir in crackers and cheese.
Beat eggs and add after mixture has cooled. Add sour cream.
Pam a 8X8 pan. Put in mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
