1 CHOCOLATE GRAHAM PIE SHELL
3 1 OZ SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE
14 OZ CONDENSED MILK
1/4 TSP SALT
1/4 CUP HOT WATER
1 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM

OVER MEDIUM HEAT MELT CHOCOLATE WITH MILK AND SALT. COOK AND STIR UNTIL VERY THICK AND FUDGY. ADD WATER AND COOK AGAIN UNTIL MIXTURE BUBBLES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN VANILLA. BEAT WHIPPING CREAM UNTIL STIFF. FOLD INTO COOLED CHOCOLATE POUR INTO PIE SHELL AND CHILL FOR 3 HOURS. GARNISH WITH WHIPPING CREAM AND CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS.
