8 cloves of Garlic
1 Lg. Onion
1T. Liquid Smoke

BBQ Sauce of Choice

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop onion and place in crock pot. Peel 8 cloves of garlic and place in crock pot. Rub the pork rub all over the Boston Butt. Place in the crock pot and then sprinkle the liquid smoke over the Butt. Fill the crock pot 3/4 full with water and then cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Take Butt out of crock pot and set aside when done. Discard the liquid and onions and garlic. Place the butt back in crock pot, using a fork shred the butt. Discarding any large pieces of fat. Then add the BBQ sauce. Do not make it too runny, I use about 2 cups. Then turn crock pot to low for an hour till warm. Turn the crock pot on warm and leave till ready to serve. Serve on buns.
