One grated potato, raw
Salt-and-pepper
Cabbage

Egg
Salt
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Fry your cabbage potato salt-and-pepper with some olive oil.
Rivets:
Mix the egg, salt and flour and drop by tablespoons into boiling water. Once they float and are somewhat solid, Drain and add to the cabbage mix. Fry all until a little brown.
