2 lb. ham
1 lb. fresh pork
1 lb. beef (hamburger)
2 cups graham crackers or bread crumbs
4 eggs
2 cups milk or tomato juice
1 to 2 cups grated cheese

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard
4 tablespoons catsup
add hot sauce to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the ham and mix with the pork and hamburger.
Add the crumbs, eggs, milk, and cheese
Form into the desired size of ham balls and place into baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.

During last half of baking baste with the sauce.
