1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup soft butter or margarine
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini, patted dry with paper towels
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
Frosting:
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp soft butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease one 15x10x2 jelly roll pan. In large bowl, cream brown sugar, sugar and 3/4 cup butter. Blend flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs and vanilla into creamed mizture. stir in zucchini nuts and coconut. spread dough evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a light golden brown. Cool
In a large bowl, blend all frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled bars.
