6 pork chops
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. honey
2 T. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place chops into a 13 X 9 pan.
In a bowl combine pineapple juice, ketchup, honey, vinegar and prepared mustard. Pour over chops.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Remove chops to a platter and keep warm.
Strain juices from pan into a small saucepan. Mix cornstarch and water and add to the juices. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Serve sauce in a gravy boat to pour over the chops.
