2 c. sliced apples
1 c. celery sliced 1"
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1 c. small marshmallows
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 T sugar (optional)

Directions:
Toss apples in lemon juice. Combine all other ingredients. Chill.
