8-1/2 ounce pkg corn muffin mix
2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine ingredients
Pour into a greased 9X13 baking pan
