1 8 ½ oz. package cornbread mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 15 oz. can creamed corn
1 15 oz. can white or yellow corn, drained
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.
Combine the cornbread mix and melted butter in a large bowl. Add the creamed corn, white corn, sour cream and eggs. Mix just until combined.
Pour into a greased 8 in. square baking pan; bake until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry, 25-30 minutes.
If doubling recipe, use a 13 by 98 inch pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
