4-6 lb. chuck roast
2 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place the roast on a double thickness of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with 1 package of onion soup mix. Turn the meat over and sprinkle the other side with 1 package of onion soup mix. Wrap carefully with the foil, seaming so that no juices escape. Place the foil package in a pan and bake at 325 F. for 2-1/2 - 3 hours.

Note: If you cut the foil at the table when you are ready to eat, the sudden burst of fragrance adds to the anticipation!
