2 lbs. beef cubes
8 oz. can of mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300F.
Mix all together and put inot a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover TIGHTLY. Don't peek while it is cooking.
Bake for 3 hours.

Serve this over rice or noodles.
You can also cook this in a crockpot on Low for 8-10 hours.
