4 chicken leg quarters (can use white meat chicken but dark meat has more flavor)
2 or 3 tbsp. chicken base
1 tsp. cayenne pepper flakes

Directions:
Boil chicken parts in water until done.

Remove the chicken from the hot water and cut into large chunks. Place aside.

Bring the water that the chicken was cooked in back to a boil. Season the water with the chicken base and cayenne pepper flakes. Slowly place strips of the chicken pastry into the water, one by one, stirring to prevent the strips from sticking together.

Once the strips are cooked (about 5 minutes), place the cut up chicken back into the pot with the chicken strips. Stir the chicken in well.
