1 Cake Mix (you pick flavor)
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Use teaspoon and make 1" balls. Do not flatten. Bake at 325 F for 7-10 min.
Let cool, ice bottom of one cookie, make a sandwich with a second cookie. If you use chocolate cake mix, almost like oreos.
