3 Egg Whites
1tsp. Vanilla
1c. Sugar
2tsp. Baking Powder
16 Hi Ho Crackers ( like a Ritz Cracker)
3/4c. chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Add baking powder and beat until stiff. Fold in crushed crackers, chopped pecans and sugar. Mix well. Put in a well greased pie plate and bake at 350 for 20 min. Let cool and top with Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.

This was a favorite of Mama Grace's and was made at holidays and on Sundays for lunch after church. There was always a play fight to get the last piece. Very good!
