4 Lean Pork Chops, 1" thick
4 thin slices Onion
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 Can(1lb. 13 oz.) whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season chops with salt and pepper. Spray skillet with Pam. Brown chops on both sides in hot skillet. Top each chop with one slice of onion, 1 tbsp. rice and whole tomato. Add any remaining juice. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat until chops are tender.
