4 CUPS BREAD FLOUR
2 TBSP SUGAR
2 TBSP BUTTER SOFTENED
1 EGG BEATEN
1 1/2 TSP SALT
7-9 OZ WARM MILK, MICROWAVE FOR 15-20 SECONDS (115 DEGREES IS THE BEST)

COMBINE INGREDIENTS IN ORDER SHOWN ABOVE, SET MACHINE TO DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN DONE, TURN OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE AND LET REST FOR 10 MINUTES. SHAPE DOUGH INTO FORM DESIRED. LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR. BRUSH WITH EGG WASH AND BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 25-30 MINUTES GOLDEN BROWN, BRUSH WITH EGG WASH.
