One package Nabisco Graham Crackers
3/4 stick of butter

Cheesecake:
2 eggs
12 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 c sugar or sugar substitute
1 t. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
2 T sugar

Crust:
Roll graham crackers on a hard surface. When fairly fine, sweep into a bowl or into the pie plate you plan to use. Heat butter to soften to liquid then add to crushed crackers. Form into a crust on the bottom and sides of a pie plate.

Cheesecake:
Beat with a hand mixer: Eggs, cream cheese, then add sugar slowly and vanilla. Pour into crusted pie plate.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375.

Mix together topping ingredients then add to top of already baked cheesecake. Put back in oven for 5 minutes then remove and cool thoroughly before putting into refrigerator.
