Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and leaving skin on, dice or chop them. Put in a stock pot and just cover with water. Add 2 T. of chicken bouillon , chopped onion, and chopped celery. Bring to boil and simmer til fork tender. While simmering, fry the chopped bacon (you decide how much). When potatoes and veggies are done turn heat way down, you don't want to BOIL this EVER again. Add the cheeses, Swiss and Velveeta (to taste). When all creamy just add a splash of cream,(sometimes more) a good sprinkle of garlic powder and parsley. Add the cooked bacon and the chopped ham. Stir easy and enjoy!!
