Brownie:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cups butter
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup nuts (optional)

Frosting:
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mint chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, mix well. Add remaining brownie ingredients. Pour into a greased 11x15 sheet pan. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.

Combine first three frosting ingredients in a sauce pan, boil for 1 minutes, remove from heat. Add in mint chips and vanilla, beat until thick and smooth. Frost cooled brownies.
