2lb pecan halves
1 stick butter
2 egg whites
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.

Melt stick of butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Beat egg whites and gradually beat in sugar. Add pecans and mix until coated.

Pour pecan mixture onto 9 x 13 and flatten as much as you can into the butter. Bake 15 min. then flip and cook the other side for 15 min.

Spread on wax paper separating any that stick together.
