1 Large Cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 Vidalia Onion - cut in thin strips
1 Red or Orange Bell Pepper - cut in thin strips
2 - 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper Flakes
Salt
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee the Onion, Bell Pepper and EVOO in a large Pan. Add the Cabbage, cayenne pepper flakes and salt. Turn the heat down low, add the water and put a lid on the pot. Stir frequently until the cabbage are cooked but not mushy. Add Soul Food Seasoning for more flavor
