Base:
Large corningware dish 1/2 full of peeled/sliced apples
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 heaping tbsp flour
4 heaping tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp butter
½c water

Crumb topping:
2 c oatmeal
1 c flour
1 c brown sugar
¼ c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, cinnamon, flour, brown sugar and butter together in large corningware dish, coating apples well. Add water to bottom of pan.

Crumb topping:
Mix all ingredients together. Add more butter if needed to ensure mixture is uniformly damp. Pour over apple mixture.

Cook at 350 for 30-45 minuets (until apples are tender).

For Rhubarb Apple Crisp:
Add fresh or frozen sliced rhubarb to apple mixture, in ratio of 1part rhubarb to 2 parts apple. Following remaining directions.
