1 lb hamburger
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 egg
1 onion chopped
2 tsp baking powder
4 slices of bread {enough milk to soak up bread}
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger with salt to taste, poultry seasoning, egg, onion and baking powder. Add bread soaked in milk, roll into balls and brown in skillet. Add soups mixed according to directions to meatballs. Simmer for about an hour, thicken slightly and serve over mashed potatoes.
