1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup green pepper chopped
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 lb fish fillets
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 450ºF. Use cooking spray to coat an oven baking dish. Put fish fillets in the dish in single layer. Spread tomato sauce on fish, then layer peppers, spices, cheese and parsley on top. Put in oven uncovered and bake 10 to 15 min.
