2 Cups Rolled Oats
¾ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
½ Cup Wheat Germ
¾ Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Flour
¾ Cup Raisins (or cranberries, almonds, etc)
¾ Tsp. Salt
½ Cup Honey
1 Egg Beaten
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tsp. Vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees, grease pan. 9x13 baking pan. In a large bowl mix oats, sugar, germ, cinnamon, flour, raisins and salt. Make a well in center and pour in honey, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix well using hands to mix. Put in pan and cook for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes then cut into bars while still warm.
