1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 Small Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Large Cool Whip
1-8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1-20 Oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
2 Cups Milk
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions and pour into a jelly roll pan bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cream the cream cheese with 2 cups milk. Add pudding and whip until smooth and thick. Fold in pineapple and spread on cooled cake. Frost with ½ of the cool whip; sprinkle on coconut; repeat with remaining cool whip. Can bake in 2 9x13 pans dividing everything equally.
