2 Tbsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup hot water
3 eggs beaten
4-4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix sugar, shortening and hot water and let cool. Add eggs yeast and dry ingredients and mix to soft dough. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Roll out and spread with butter, roll up like a jelly roll. Slice and dip in butter put buttered side in muffin pan, let raise for 3 hours. Bake at 400º for10 mins.
