2 C. instant potato flakes
1 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. cold water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 C. cream of wheat or farina
whole fruit; peaches, plums
butter
sugar
graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Put the potato flakes in water. Mix and let stand for about 10 minutes. Add egg, farina and salt to potato mixture. Add flour and mix well. Take a piece of fruit and wrap dough around the fruit to cover. Put wrapped fruit into boiling water and boil for about 20 minutes, when a fork goes thru the fruit easily. Brown the graham cracker crumbs and roll the cooked fruit into the crumbs to coat. Serve the fruit with melted butter and sugar.
