1 large opnio, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lb. ground chuck
1 one lb. can drained red kidney beans
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in buttter until soft. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add brown sugar, soup mix, beans, catsup, water, mustard and vinegar and mix thoroughly.
Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole or bean pot.
Bake at 400 degrees unitl hot and bubbly for
30-45 minutes.
