Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp cold butter
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 large egg
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tsp of grated orange zest
3 tsp of cream or milk
sprinkle of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. On a cold cutting board, cut the butter into small pieces (size of peas) and then work into the flour mixture to completely coat the butter pieces. In a separate mixing bowl beat the egg slightly with hand mixer and then add in the heavy cream and orange zest. Add the chocolate chips and then pour over the flour mixture. With a rubber spatula mix the ingredients until all the dry mixture is moist. Gather the dough into a ball and knead it gently on a flour covered counter top or cutting board. Knead 5 to 6 times folding in the mixture until forms a smooth ball. With your palms or a rolling pin flatten the mixture into a circle 3/4 inch thick. Cut the wedges like a pizza and transfer them to an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush the tops of the wedges with the additional milk or cream and gently sprinkle with sugar. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
