1 lb. sausage, uncooked (mild or hot)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups Bisquick
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Creamy Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T Dijon mustard
1 T white wine vinegar
2-6 drops hot sauce
1 medium clove of garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll into one inch balls, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Can make ahead and refrigerate until needed or freeze. If you cook while frozen, add a couple of minutes to baking time.

Dipping Sauce:
Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
