1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups oatmeal
1 cup of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, margarine, milk and vanilla in a boiler on the stove. Bring to a boil over medium temperature - careful not to burn. Turn down heat and allow to soft boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Place the oatmeal and coconut in a large mixing bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over it and mix well. Use a tablespoon to drop the cookies onto wax paper and allow 15 minutes to set. If you do not add coconut add another cup of oatmeal.
