2 tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs well beaten
6 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Yeast Mixture. Pour 1 cup of warm water into small bowl. Stir in 2 Tbsp of sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the sugar water mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Then stir well and let set for 10 to 15 minutes. In a large mixing bowl add the flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, salt and whisk. Then add eggs, milk, butter and the yeast mixture and mix well. Knead the dough mixture for 10 to 15 minutes. Then cover and keep warm out of draft and let rise for 2 hours. Then knead again for 2 to 3 minutes. Then keep warm, cover and let rise for 1 hour. Cut dough into desired bun sizes. Place onto cookie trays, cover lightly and keep warm for 1 hour. Set oven to 350ºF. Bake buns for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Once out of oven you can brush with butter for a soft crust.
