4 ½ c quick cooking oats
6 tsp brown sugar
2 c honey
¼ c veg. Oil
1 ½ c almonds
1 ½ c pecans
¼ c cinnamon
Pinch salt
2 capfuls vanilla
2 c dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)

Preheat oven 400º. Spray large cookie sheet with Pam.

Mix nuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, and oil. Add oats, honey, salt and vanilla. Mix well.

Spread out on pan and flatten so not to burn peaks.

Bake at 8-7-6-4 minute intervals checking for brownness. Stir from corners into middle and then stir middle. Back to oven. Watch for even browning. Bake approximately 30 minutes stirring 3 or 4 times.

Place dried fruit on top and bake 4 minutes. Stir and cool. Stir every 30 minutes to cool. Place granola in large bowl to stir and cool.

Store in air tight containers.
