6 slices vanilla ice cream, (see direction section)
2 C crushed corn flakes
2 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. brown sugar
6 tsp honey
6 cherries
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Ice cream slices should be approximately 5 by 3 by 1-inch in size, and should be frozen very hard for best results.

coat slices in mixture of corn flakes, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Freeze coated pieces until very hard, at least several hours.

Just before serving place each frozen, coated slice in a deep fryer heated to 350º. Fry approximately 6 seconds. Remove, drain, and serve immediately. Top each serving with 1 teaspoon honey, 1 cherry, and whipped cream. Enjoy!
