Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (enough to cover a 9X13 pan)

Sauce:
½ cup Bar-B-Q sauce
¼ cup low-sodium soya sauce (we use Bragg brand from health food store)
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup liquid honey
1 tablespoon chili powder (I used a bit less, but most of you guys could handle full amount)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated ginger root (I don't use as I don't like ginger and don't have it on hand)
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 9 x 13 pan, arrange chicken thighs in single layer.

Whisk together the sauce ingredients.

Pour over chicken. Turn pieces to coat. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes.
Remove chicken and keep warm. Pour sauce into small pot and bring to boil.

Combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water. mix until smooth. add to sauce and cook until bubbly and thickened. serve over chicken.
