Cake:
Duncan Hines classic yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. canola or corn oil
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding

Frosting:
10 oz.Hood whipping cream or 8 oz.
thawed cool whip
1 c. milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients together and bake in greased and floured 12-cup fluted pan for 50 minutes.
Frosting:
Mix the 1 c. milk with the pkg. of pistachio pudding and almond extract. Fold into into the whipped cream or cool whip.
Frost cake and refrigerate.
