1 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, cubed
3 oz cream cheese cubed
24 cubes French bread
2 tsp minced chives
1 tsp dill weed
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baking pan with waxed paper and set aside.

In a small saucepan, combine the cheddar cheese, butter, cream cheese, chives and dill weed.

Cook and stir over medium low heat until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

In a small bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form fold into cheese mixture and place on prepared pan.

Freeze uncovered until firm. Transfer to a freezer bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Bake at 425º for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
