2 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
3 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
2 cups and 4 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over water; let stand 5 min; stir well. Combine 1 cup of the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine. Add yeast mixture; beat vigorously to make a sticky dough. Gradually stir in another cup flour to make a stiff dough. Knead remaining flow into dough on a cutting board; continue kneading about 20 times until dough is smooth. Cover and let stand at least 10 minutes. Stretch and pat out dough on greased pizza pan, forming a rim around the edge. Bake in 375ºF oven for 10 minutes. Remove and add topping. Place back in oven for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is done in center. Take out of oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
